Following an extensive review of your files and papers, we will then provide you with a comprehensive Note of Fee together with a Certificate of Assessment for your clients. The Note of Fee will ensure that your client is aware of all work undertaken by you, and the fee assessed by us. We can also provide a detailed breakdown following assessment, should your client require further clarification. We provide Audit & Feeing services for Testate Estates, Intestate Estates, Private Trusts, Public Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Guardianships and Domestic Conveyancing (Sale and Purchase).
We prepare bespoke, scheduled accounts and/or accounts of Charge and Discharge regardless of how simple or complex the matter may be. We provide hard copies of the accounts as well as an electronic version to suit our clients’ specific needs.

It is a statutory requirement that the accounts and intromissions of all Scottish Charities are independently examined. We provide a comprehensive Audit service for Charities and Charitable Trusts, and will also provide the required Audit report for submission to the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR). We can also prepare OSCR compliant, Receipts & Payments Accounts or Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) Accounts on your behalf.

We handle all aspects of expenses between parties, including account preparation, additional fee advice, adjustment of account of expenses and taxation. In addition, we also evaluate our clients’ terms of business, and offer advice and assistance with any adjustments that may be required. The Law Society of Scotland’s updates are reviewed by us on a weekly basis, to ensure that we are at the forefront of current Legal issues arising in Scotland.
We also offer an In-House feeing service to our clients. This provides our clients with the assurance that the matter is dealt with in the strictest confidence.
